Michael Bernard Beckwith

In one breath, Goapele is urging social change and boldly standing up for righteousness in the face of inequality. In another breath, she’s guiding her child with a sensitive understanding, hard-earned wisdom, and unconditional love. In between, she’s as soulful as ever. This delicate sonic shape-shifting is a technique she introduced on her now classic 2001 debut Closer, and has continued to evolve on the four albums that followed. That diversity comes naturally to the South African, German-Jewish, Oakland-born singer/songwriter, producer, activist, actress and designer.

Lira is a South African Multiplatinum-selling Singer, Songwriter, Model, Entrepreneur and Author. Well-respected and renowned for her positive music and spectacular live performances,Lira's career spans over 17 years with six albums, four live DVDs, and a documentary series. She has released albums in Italy, Thailand, and North America, and her latest album, launched under her own record label Otarel Music, was released world-wide.

Making the decision to participate in this meditation retreat was one of the best investments we ever made. To have access in this lifetime to a master teacher as powerful and loving as Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith is a gift and we are eternally grateful.

- Amy and Nael C.

I’ve been meditating with Reverend Michael Beckwith for over 13 years. I used to work so hard to make things happen. Forcing, pushing, controlling and fighting. Once I was ready to create a practice my life got very simple. Rather than chasing after things I raised my frequency and my receptors to receive the higher potentials of my soul.

The Agape New Years meditation retreat is life-altering. I've been twice now and each time I leave feeling renewed and full of purpose. Having the intimate opportunity witnessing and learning at the feet of one of the world's greatest master teachers, Dr. Rev. Michael B. Beckwith, is the best part. I'll be back again and again.

A: After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to the virtual retreat along with logistical details for how to participate on the Beckwith Inspires app.

Q: Can I watch the retreat sessions after the event?

A: Yes, the retreat sessions will be available in “Premium Content” on the app. Your Retreat: Find Yourself @Home registration allows you access to Premium Content for six months.

Q:  I've registered for ReTreat and have subscribed to the Beckwith Inspires app, but I'm having challenges accessing the sessions.

If you require technical support, please email Support@exstreamity.com.

Q: How long are the Morning and Evening sessions, and are the Evening sessions just a repeat of the Morning sessions?

A: Although the length of the sessions will vary some, they will generally run roughly between 90 minutes and two hours. Please give yourself two hours per session, so you will have enough time for journaling, contemplation, or to complete any activations or growth work you may receive. The Evening sessions are not a repeat of the Morning session; the Morning and Evening sessions will feature their own unique content.

Q: What if I want to attend the virtual Retreat but can’t do it on the specified dates and times?

A: If the Retreat dates and times do not fit your schedule, no worries!  You can sign up for the Retreat now and participate on days and times that work for you. Each session will be recorded and available within one hour after the livestream ends.  All Retreat registrants will have access to the sessions for six months after the Retreat. If you’re a monthly subscriber, you’ll have lifetime access to the Retreat in “Premium Content” on the app.

Q: Any tips for setting up my meditation space?

A: Before setting up your meditation space, start with an intention for your retreat experience. Take a few moments to center, and allow the Divine design of your meditation space to come through.

Your meditation space will ideally be in an area that is quiet, where you can be undisturbed during the retreat sessions. Make sure your chair or meditation cushion is comfortable, as you will be sitting for extended periods of time. If you are newer to meditation, you may want to have a light shawl or blanket close by as you may experience fluctuations in your body temperature. Have a journal and pen on hand to capture any insights or revelations you may receive (you may even want to pick a special journal just for your retreat).

You may also want to create your own personal altar. For instance: a candle, incense, your favorite crystals or meaningful items, a photo of a loved one or a beloved teacher, water, or anything that fills you with a sense of reverence and a consciousness of the Divine. Be creative, although it need not be elaborate.

You are about to experience something truly magical and mystical! Om shanti!
